What is a voucher?

A voucher is a digital code that can be issued to customers as a reward. Each of these codes can be

redeemed once (single-use) in the form of discounts or other benefits. Types of vouchers include free

vouchers, exclusive channel vouchers, and user-oriented vouchers.

How to start?

Log in to the account on the Seller Center, and click Voucher in the Marketing

menu to enter the voucher management page.

How It Works.

From seller :

1. Create a seller voucher.

2. Select available products.

From Customer :

1. The user goes on Zode.

2. Claim voucher.

3. Use the voucher claimed.

How to create a voucher?

1-In Seller Center, click on Marketing and then Vouchers.

Store vouchers are available for all products in the store.

Product vouchers are available for some products in the store.

2-Fill in voucher information.

3-Select promotional products through the online product selection or Excel import.

For online product selection, 100 SKUs can be selected, and for Excel import, up to 1,000 entries of data can be imported at a time.

4- After selecting the products, click Submit, and the voucher will be created. The initial status of the coupon will be Not closed.

Managing your vouchers.

1. Query: A seller can query by voucher name, ID, status, and voucher validity period

2. View: Sellers can view voucher details and product information

3. Close: Please note the voucher cannot be reopened or claimed after being closed.
