ZODE Product Management Guide

This ZODE guide will equip with you all the needed information to manage your products efficiently.


Release Product:

  • Start by logging into the Seller Center > Product > Listed/Unlisted Products > then “Add Product”.



  • Specify the product type, name, images, (English & Arabic), category, brand (optional), and country details (optional).

  •  Set your payment model (online or & COD optional) and configure your after-sales settings.

  • Next, you will need to define your SKUs. In other words, highlight product variations with specifications, retail price, dimensions, points applicability, and warehouse stock.  

  • You can then set optional purchase limits for your products.

  • Set up the VAT rate and indicate its inclusion.

  • Input the UPC code for product identification (max 12 characters).

  • Draft up with precise product description for both desktop & mobile (English & Arabic, 60,000 characters max each).

  • Select shipping templates, after-sales service, and packing list details (English & Arabic, 100 characters max each) to facilitate return & logistics.

  • Finally, click “Save” to save your listing in drafts, or click “Start Selling” to immediately list your product.


Query and Export Product Details:


















  1. The product list interface displays all your products on and off sale in chronological order.

  2. You can further refine your search by filtering with:

  • Product details

  • Code

  • Price

  • Stock

  • Category

  • Brand

  • Off-shelf time


Editing and Copying Products:

You can edit product majority of your product details except:

  • Type

  • Points Applicability

  • Sold Separately

You can also copy existing details of a product (including type).


Product “Shelf” Management:


  • Listed Product Status: You can remove them from “shelf” from the “Listed Products” list.

  • Unlisted Product Status: You can place them on “shelf” from the “Unlisted Products” list.


Auditing Your Products:

All potential listings require auditing before officially listing.


Track audit status with:

  • Pending Audit.

  • Audited.

  • Fail to pass an audit.



You can cancel pending audits or view the reason of rejection.

If you edit your listing during its audit phase, the product will trigger our automatic cancellation.


Deleting and Restoring Products:

  • You can delete off-shelf products to the recycle bin.

Note that virtual bundles cannot be deleted.


  • You can also recover your products from the recycle bin to the “For Sale” list.


Supplementary Tools:
  • Can add, edit or delete specification values for your products.

  • Image Space: Upload your best product images here.

  • Video Space: Upload a video showcasing your product.

  • You can permanently delete removed images or restore images in the recycle bin.
